摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)为对象,使用不同配比的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和四氢呋喃(THF)为混合溶剂,采用静电纺丝技术制备得到微米级PS纤维薄膜。探讨了溶剂对静电纺纤维形态的影响,并对所得纤维薄膜的疏水性和拉伸性能进一步表征分析。结果表明,当DMF与THF的质量比为50∶50和25∶75时,出现双股结构纤维;随着溶剂中THF的逐渐增多,纤维结构变化为珠线-粗糙双股纤维-光滑双股纤维-扁平宽纤维;静电纺丝法可有效地提高薄膜的水接触角,其角度值比普通成膜法高出40°;粗糙双股纤维的出现,在不大幅度降低其疏水性的前提下,可大大增强纤维薄膜的拉伸性能。
Polystyrene(PS)dissolved in the mixture of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)and tetrahydrouran(THF)was electrospun to prepare fibers of sub-micron in diameters.The effects of solvents on the morphological appearance of the as-spun PS fibers,tensile and hydrophobic properties of PS films were investigated.The results show that a new kind of fibers with double-strand morphology is formed when the mass ratio of DMF and THF is 50/50 and 25/75.With the increased addition of THF,the variation process of electrospun fibers is bead-on-string,rough double-strand fibers,smooth double-strand fibers,and flat fibers.Electrospinning technique could effectively improve the hydrophobicity of films,the contact angle of electrospun films is40°larger than that of the films formed by solvent evaporation.The hydrophobic property of the electrospun PS mats changes very limited,while the tensile strength is enhanced by forming rough double-strand fibers.
