摘要
本实验目的在于观察给犬用SC1001钠盐以及SC1001胺盐后机体有无毒性反应。实验用犬24只,SC1001钠盐及SC1001胺盐各用12只,前者随机分为三组:对照组,实验组分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,给药剂量分别为40mg/kg、120mg/kg,连续3个月;后者随机分为对照组,实验组分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,给药剂量分别为40mg/kg、80mg/kg、120mg/kg,接续6个月,均为每日灌胃给药一次。用药前一个月和用药后每月检查血常规、肝功、肾功一次共21项指标。实验完后,全部数据用IBM计算机进行统计学处理,并将动物处死进行大体解剖及病理组织切片检查。结果表明:长期大剂量使用SC1001钠盐,对淋巴细胞的生成和(或)破坏有一定的影响,对肝功能有一定的毒性作用;使用SC1001胺盐出现的毒性作用与SC1001钠盐不同,它引起红细胞及血清总蛋白下降。但二者所影响的均属于肝功能和血细胞。
In order to observe whe-ther organisms have the toxicity responseon SC1001-Sodium and SC1001-Aminum.24 normal dogs were used to experiment, 12of them which were administered SC1001Nawere randomly divided into three groups.One of three groups was used as the con-trol, the other two groups were the expe-rimental groups which were administeredSC1001Na(40, 120mg/kg) for three monthesrespectively. The rest 12 dogs which wereadministered SC1001A Were randomly div-ided into four group. Ohs of four groupswas control groups, the remaining threegroups were experimental groups whichreceived SC1001A(40,80,120mg/kg) for sixmonthess respectively. In this experiment, SC1001Na or SC1001Awas poured into the stomach of the dogsafter feed 1-2 hours once daily. Twenty-one indexes of routine of blood, liver fun-ction and kidney function were examinedin the month before and every monthafter SC1001Na or SC1001A administrationwhen the experiment had finished, alldata were processed with IBM computerand all animals were killed for the anato-mical observation and the pathologicaltissue section examination. The results showed that the Sc1001Na oflarge dose and long term administrationgenerated certain influence on growth and(or) destruction of lymphocyte cells, andcertain toxicity to function of liver. SC1001A induced obvious decline of redblood cells and total serum protein. Thusboth have influence on liver function andblood cell.
