摘要
对喷嘴临界流量的新型调节方式进行探究。通过比较分析各种调节方式优劣,对两种新型的可调临界流文丘里啧嘴结构——连续型临界流文丘里喷嘴与台阶型临界流文丘里喷嘴进行深入分析,并总结其适用条件与特点。连续型喷嘴可以实现无极调节,适用性强,但重复性较低;台阶型喷嘴重复性好,允许一定的定位误差,但不能实现无极调节。
With the comparation of different ways,two feasible adjustable critical flow venture nozzle structure are proposed—the continuous critical flow venture nozzle and the steps critical flow venture nozzle,and their features and applicable conditions are summarized.The continuous nozzle can realize the infinite adjustment which is applicability but low repeatability;the steps type nozzle can be well repeated,but it cannot achieve the infinite adjustment.
