学习共同体在高职院校班级管理中的构建策略

The Construction Strategy of Learning Community in Higher Vocational Class Management

班级是高职院校人才培养的基本组织形式,为了增强班级自身的育人功能,学界提出运用"学习共同体"理念来构建班集体。文章分析了班级共同体的内涵和特点:一是公正友爱;二是有效互动;三是共同愿景;四是文化规范,进而探讨了从主题班会、课堂共同体、网络共同体和共同体评价等方面出发的构建策略。

The class is the colleges. In order to strengthen basic organization form of personnel training in higher vocational the education function of the class, it is proposed to construct the class collective by adopting the idea of ＂learning community＂. This essay analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the class community： justice and love, effective interaction, common vision and cultural norms, and then discusses＇ the construction strategy from the aspects of theme class meeting, classroom community, network community and community evaluation.
