摘要
"反学校文化"是指与学校主流文化相悖的一种文化现象。现阶段中职生反学校文化在行为上主要表现为对学校教育期待的文化及其精神的反叛、挑战与抵制。从社会学的视角来看,其形成原因包括社会结构的整体转型、变迁,中职生自我认同感及学校教育功能弱化。对待中职生"反学校文化",一方面应该积极建立起对中职学校新的"社会认知",加强中职生的自我认同感,进而加强对中职学校文化的认同感;另一方面应该积极提高中职生的文化批判、文化反思的意识与文化判断的能力。
"Anti-school culture" is a cultural phenomenon which is contrary to the mainstream culture of the school. At the present stage, secondary vocational students' anti-school culture is mainly reflected in the behavior of rebelling against, challenging and resisting the culture and spirit of expecting school education. From the perspective of sociology, the causes include the overall transformation and transition of social structure, and the weakening of secondary vocational students' self identity and the school education function. In view of secondary vocational students' "anti-school culture", on the one hand, we should actively establish a new "social cognition" in secondary vocational schools, and strengthen the sense of self identity and cultural identity. On the other hand, we should actively improve the students' cultural criticism, cultural reflection and cultural judgment.
