手术治疗老年人胆囊炎胆结石临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Surgical Treatment for Cholecystitis and Gallstones in Elderly

目的:老年胆囊炎胆结石是高发类疾病的一种,目前临床上并未研制出可靠的治疗方法,因而应加强对老年胆囊炎胆结石病症的分析与探讨力度,为后续医学领域的发展提供充足的理论依据。方法:选取2009年12月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的68例老年胆囊炎胆结石患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为手术治疗组和保守治疗组,每组34例。保守治疗组利用抗生素抗感染以及药物镇痛来帮助患者缓解痛苦,手术治疗组在保守治疗组基础上,采用手术。观察比较两组临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况以及病死情况。结果:手术治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于保守治疗组,差异有统计学意义(字2=17.6471,P=0.0000);手术治疗组患者的并发症发生率显著低于保守治疗组,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.2207,P=0.0399)。结论:相比传统的保守治疗方法,在治疗老年胆囊炎胆结石这类疾病上,手术治疗法的临床效果更为明显,患者的病死率和并发症率均能得到有效控制,在提高患者生活质量的同时,还保证了其生理和心理健康,是临床针对老年胆囊炎胆结石患者实施治疗的理想可靠选择。

Objective：Senile cholecystitis calculi belong to one of the high incidence of diseases,at present has not developed the reliable clinical treatment.To further investigate and explore the reliable method of clinical effective treatment of elderly patients with cholecystitis and gallstones,so as to provide the related scientific basis for clinical practice and theoretical research.Method：68 patients with cholecystitis and gallstones in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects,theye were randomly divided into the surgical treatment group and the conservative treatment group,34 cases in each group.The conservative treatment group used antibiotic resistance to infection and drug analgesia to help patients relieve the pain,the surgical treatment group based on the conservative treatment group,by operation. Clinical curative effect,complications occurred and die situation of two groups were oberved and compared.Result： The total effective rate of the surgical treatment group was higher than that the conservative treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ x2=17.6471,P=0.0000）.The complication incidence rate of the surgical treatment group was lower than that the conservative treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ x2=4.2207,P=0.0399）.Conclusion：In clinical practice for elderly patients with cholecystitis and gallstones in the implementation of treatment, compared with the traditional conservative clinical treatment, the clinical effect of surgical treatment is significant, and the mortality and complication rates of patients can be effectively controlled.At the same time improve the life quality of patients, and ensure the physical and mental health.It is the ideal and reliable choice of treatment for clinical implementation for elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.
