Emergency Poisoning and Toxic Effects Characteristic of Mortality Factors

目的:急诊中毒特点与中毒死亡影响因素探析。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月-2014年12月笔者所在医院诊治的100例急诊中毒患者的临床资料。结果:所有中毒患者的平均年龄为(34.01±2.16)岁;男女比例为1∶1;职业分布主要为工人、农业劳动者、家庭劳动者等;男性中毒原因一般为意外中毒,女性为服毒自杀;中毒类型主要为化学品中毒;中毒死亡原因主要受年龄、户籍、有机物中毒、苯及苯系物中毒、毒品中毒等因素影响较大。结论:及时掌握急诊中毒的特点与中毒死亡的影响因素对于提高急诊救治的工作效率具有至关重要的作用。

Objective：To study the emergency poisoning characteristics and influencing factors of poisoning.Method：The clinical data of 100 cases of poisoning patients in our hospital emergency department from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 between diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Result：The average age of all patients was（34.01±2.16） years old.Female ratio was 1∶1.The occupational distribution of the main workers,agricultural workers,domestic workers, etc.Male cause of poisoning was usually accidental poisoning,women was suicide.The main types of chemical poisoning.Poisoning cause of death was mainly affected by the patient＇s age,residence,organic poisoning,benzene and benzene poisoning,drug intoxication and other factors greatly.Conclusion：Characteristics and influencing factors of poisoning deaths grasp emergency poisoning emergency treatment to improve work efficiency has a crucial role.
