浙江省松阳县的传统铁业与大炼钢铁运动

The Traditional Iron Industry and the Iron-Making Movement in Songyang County,Zhejiang Province

本文利用浙江省松阳县档案与民间文书,考察该县红星人民公社的大炼钢铁运动。红星公社在开展专业化炼铁的同时,也迫于上级的增产压力而开展群众化炼铁,如新建效率较低的土坯炉,以及在放松质量监控的同时强化流程监控。其下辖的石仓乡有着悠久的炼铁传统,这既支持了当地干部群众利用传统技术进行专业化炼铁活动,又通过设立标杆限制了群众化炼铁运动的开展。由此,深受手工业传统影响的当地干部组织民众开展了一场基本有序、较为专业化的炼铁运动。

This paper, using the archives and folk documents in Songyang county, Zhejiang province, investi- gates the iron-making movement in Hongxing commune. Hongxing commune carried out the specialized iron-making, and at the same time, carried out the mass iron-making under the higher yield pressure from the higher level, such as building adobe furnaces with lower efficiency, and strengthening process monitoring but loosening quality control. Shicang township, under the jurisdiction of Hongxing commune, had a long tradition of iron-making, which supported the local cadres and masses to carry out the specialized iron-making using the traditional technology, and restricted the development of the mass movement of iron-making through establishing the benchmark. Thereafter, the local cadres influenced by the traditional handicraft industry, organized the masses to carry out an orderly and specialized iron-making movement.
