摘要
离子交换吸附法是目前颇具发展前途的提锂方法,其中锰氧化物锂离子筛因吸附选择性好、循环利用率高和成本相对较低等优点深受青睐。综述了离子筛的分类、锰氧化物锂离子筛的提锂机理、掺杂改性、前驱体的制备方法等,探讨了盐湖卤水提锂工业化存在的问题,并对其发展方向及应用前景做了展望。
Ion-exchange adsorption is one of the most promising methods to extract lithium from salt lake brine.Lithium ionic sieve of manganese oxides was highly appreciated for its good adsorption selectivity, high ratio of recycling utilization, and relatively low cost.The classification of ionic sieve, mechanism of extracting lithium by lithium ionic sieve of manganese oxides, doping and modification, and the preparation methods of its precursor etc., was summarized.In addition, the existent problems of industrialization of lithium extraction from salt lake brine were discussed and its development directions and application prospects was forecasted.
