离子交换去除炼厂难降解废水中氯离子的静态实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用离子交换技术,选用了6种不同的离子交换树脂,对比分析了其对炼厂难降解废水中氯离子的去除效果。在静态实验条件下,研究了吸附时间、p H、SO42-和HCO3-的干扰对树脂吸附性能的影响,考察了树脂的再生性能。结果表明,在吸附开始的60 min内,6种树脂均可以达到吸附平衡,强碱树脂201×7、A600、D296对氯离子的吸附性能优于弱碱树脂D301、D306和酸性树脂001×7;废水中含有SO42-和HCO3-时,A600更适用于废水的脱氯处理;A600、201×7树脂容易再生,吸附性能稳定,而D296不易再生。通过静态实验研究综合分析,选定A600树脂作为炼厂难降解废水中氯离子的去除树脂。 Using ion exchange technology, six ion exchange resins were used to comparatively analyze the removal effect of chloride ion in refractory refinery wastewater.The influences of adsorption time, pH, and the interfere of SO42- and HCO3- on the properties of resin adsorption were investigated.Resin's regeneration performance was also investigated.It was shown that the adsorption of six resins all attained equilibrium within 60 min.The chloride ion adsorption performance of strong basic resin 201×7, A600, and D296 was better than that of weak basic resin D301 and D306 and acidic resin 001 ×7.When wastewater contained SO42- and HCO3-, A600 was more suitable for dechlorination treatment of wastewater.A600 and 201 ×7 resins could be recycled easily and had a stable adsorption performance ,however D296 resin was difficult to be recycled.By comprehensive analysis, A600 resin was selected to remove chloride ions in refractory refinery wastewater.
