地面数字电视监测技术研究

Research on DTTV Monitoring Technology

由国家新闻出版广电总局牵头组织的地面数字电视覆盖工作已经在全国县级以上发射台有序开展,在此背景下本文分析了地面数字电视监测技术的架构及组成,研究探讨了发射机监测、射频监测、码流监测、音视频监测等环节所涉及的主要技术和实现方法,对需要进一步完善的技术标准的统一、通讯网络建设、CDR监测进行了展望。

The digital terrestrial television multimedia broadcasting （ DTTVMB ） coverage has been launched at the county level and above in the country, which is led by State Administration of Press, Publication. Radio, Film and Television. On this background, the paper analyzes the technical lramework and related components of DTTVMB, researches major technologies and practice methods in some monitoring links for transmitter, radio frequency, stream, audio and video .It forecasts some problems such as technical standards for the unification, communication network construction and CDR monitoring.
