摘要
智慧城市建设就是构建智能化的新型社会经济、文化、生态关系,其基础是智能技术设施建设,强调的是智能技术设备、软件和应用方案的开发、装备。但智慧城市建设更需要把智能技术转化为实现空间建设创新发展所需要的智慧功能,即智能技术的功能化。当前,智慧城市建设的功能化创新比较突出地体现在分形化、开源化和海绵化等方面。
The building of smart city is to build intelligent and new socio-economic, cultural, and ecological relationships. The foundation is the building of smart technology infrastructure by emphasizing the R＆D and installation of intelligent technology equipment, software, and applications. However, the building of smart city also requires smart functions that are needed to transfer smart technology into innovative spatial development, namely the functionality of intelligent technology. Currently, the functionality innovation for the building of smart city is mostly represented by fractal design, open source, and sponge treatment.
