大型柴油机机体铸造浇注系统设计

摘要 根据大型柴油机机体的结构特点、技术要求和现场生产条件,结合生产大型柴油机机体的经验,论述了大型柴油机机体浇注系统的设计原则、思路以及具体的设计方法和过程,并简要介绍了排气系统的设计。设计过程中采用积分进行计算,使结果更加接近实际,该方法成功应用于实际生产。 According to the structural characteristics of heavy diesel engine block, technical requirements and field production conditions, combined with the experience of producing heavy diesel engine block, the design principles, ideas and specific design methods and processes of the gating system for heavy diesel engine block have been described, and the design of the exhaust system has been briefly introduced. The integral has been used to calculate the result in the design process, which makes the result is more close to the reality, and the method has been successfully applied to the actual production.
