摘要
简述了树脂砂生产铸铁件的优缺点及产生气孔缺陷的原因,提出了从原材料、铸造工艺及操作方面如何预防气孔缺陷产生的设想,并在工艺及操作方面作了实例说明。经工艺和操作改进后,铸造的镗床Z503101主轴箱体铸件和车床CW61100-1011/5M床身铸件基本没有气孔产生,全部合格。
The advantages and disadvantages of iron castings with resin sand and the causes of porosity defects have been briefly introduced. The idea that how to prevent the formation of the porosity defects from raw materials, casting process and operation aspects has been put forward, and made examples in technology and operation aspects. After technology and operation improvement, there is no porosity in the Z503101 boring machine spindle box casting and the CW61100-1011/5M lathe bed casting, and all qualified.
