自体毛囊移植联合非那雄胺对雄激素性秃发治疗效果的研究 被引量:4

Effect of autologous hair follicular unit transplantation combined with finasteride in treating androgenetic alopecia

摘要 目的观察自体毛囊单位移植技术联合非那雄胺口服治疗男性雄激素性秃发的疗效。方法Hamihon分级为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的雄激素性秃发男性患者90例,随机分为3组。药物组(30例)每天口服非那雄胺1mg,连服12个月;手术组(30例)行毛囊单位移植治疗;联合组(30例)毛囊单位移植术后开始每天口服非那雄胺1mg,连服12个月。各组均随访12个月,每次随访时对患者头皮毛发密度及治疗效果进行评价,并由患者填写满意度调查表,同时观察和记录不良反应。结果3种治疗方法在随访结束时均未出现严重不良反应,手术组在不同时间点治疗秃发区毛发密度、治疗效果评价及患者满意度均显著优于药物组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);联合组在不同的时间点治疗秃发区毛发密度、治疗效果评价及患者满意度均显著优于手术组和药物组(P〈0.05)。结论毛囊单位移植联合非那雄胺口服治疗雄激紊性秃发起效快,疗效明显,患者满意度高,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of autologous hair follicular unit transplantation (FUT) combined with Finasteride on treating androgenetic alopecia (AGA). Methods The Hamilton classification in Ⅲ, Ⅳ level AGA 90 male patients, aged 21 to 46 years old, were randomly divided into the drug group, the operation group and the combined group (each 30 cases). All cases in the drug group took orally Finasteride ling/day for 12 months, all cases in the operation group were treated with FUT and all cases in the combined group took orally Finasteride 1 mg per day for 12 months after being treated with FUT. All groups were followed up for 12 months to evaluate patients with scalp hair density and treatment effect, and satisfaction questionnaires were fiUed in by the patients and adverse reactions were recorded and observed. Results At the end of following up, there were no severe adverse reactions in any group treated with three kinds of methods. The density of hair treatment effect evaluation and patient satisfac- tion at different time in the operation group were significantly better than those in the drug group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05), and those in the combined group were significantly better than those in the operation group and drug group (P〈0.05). Conclusion FUT combined with finasteride treatment is a good method for treating AGA with a rapid onset, obvious curative effect and high patients' satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion.
