自体富血小板纤维蛋白-颗粒脂肪行面部美容性注射的临床应用和评价

Cfinical application and evaluation of autologous platelet-rich fibrin mixed with fat globules in facial cosmetic injection

目的评价自体富血小板纤维蛋白一脂肪颗粒行面部美容性注射的临床疗效。方法采用自体富血小板纤维蛋白混合自体脂肪颗粒对要求面部欠丰满的28例患者进行面部注射填充。随访3～6个月，用开放型单向质反应序贯实验对其临床疗效进行评价。结果当实验观察到第19例患者时，结果显示自体富血小板纤维蛋白与脂肪颗粒复合注射填充面部凹陷是有效的。患者面部可获得一个相对对称而自然的外观，未见明显脂肪吸收，填充效果稳定。医患双方均对手术效果满意。结论自体富血小板纤维蛋白应用于面部脂肪移植有助于脂肪存活和减少脂肪吸收。

Objective To evaluate the value of the clinical application of the facial soft tissue defect injected with platelet-rich fibrin （PRF） mixed with purified fat globules. Methods Twenty-eight patients aged from 20 to 72 years who had need of reshaping face were treated by PRF mixed with centrifuged fat globules, following up was performed for 3 -6 months and the open a one-way mass reaction sequential test was used to evaluate the clinical effectiveness. Results When the 19th ease was observed, the test results showed that filling of facial de pression with autologous PRF and fat particles composite was effective. The therapeutic outcome was stable without evident fat re-absorption after operation. Both patient and surgeons were satisfied with the results because the reshaped face become of a relative symmetrical and natural appearance. Conclusion The efficacy of PRF could enhance the grafted fat survival, reduceing fat necrosis and re-absorption.
