下颌角及升支区颌骨囊肿口内入路手术治疗的临床分析

目的下颌角及升支区颌骨囊肿口内和口外入路手术治疗的效果比较。方法将360例患者随机分为2组，分别应用口内和口外入路手术治疗，分析病历资料的术前和术后结果，调查患者的手术相关情况及术后恢复情况。结果下颌角升支区颌骨囊肿口内入路组手术时间短于口外入路组，术后下牙槽神经感觉损伤，口内优于口外入路组；在术中出血量、术后感染率、术后张口受限发生率、术后面神经下颌缘支损伤率方面两组无明显差异。结论手术治疗下颌角升支区颌骨囊肿口内入路节省手术时间，下颌下缘不遗留瘢痕，并且能够和口外入路手术取得相同的效果，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Methods 360 cases of jaw cyst in the Department of Stomatology of Panjin Central Hospital were randomly divided to 2 groups. Cysts in the mandibular angle and ramus were treated by intraoral approach and extraoral. Analysis of preoperative and postoperative results, the patients were investigated by medical record data analysis. Results Intraoral group operation time is shorter than the extraoral approach group. The feeling of inferior alveolar nerve injury of intraoral group is better than extraoral approach group after operation, There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding, postoperative infection rate, the incidence of postoperative mouth opening limitation, and the injury rate of the posterior margin of the nerve. Conclusion Surgical treatment of Intraoral group save operation time, No scar on the lower margin of the mandibular. The same effect can be achieved in intraoral and extraoral, it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
