摘要
目的探讨额部美学分区在颗粒脂肪移植隆额中的意义。方法按照美学标准将额部分为5个美学亚单位，先进行美学评估后再实施颗粒脂肪移植注射手术。结果本组共36例患者，术后随访1—14个月，均额部饱满、圆润，达到面部年轻化的效果，患者满意。结论通过对额部各区美学评估后再进行颗粒脂肪移植的临床效果得到了肯定，值得推广。
Objective To investigate the significance of frontal subunits on forehead augmentation by fat granule grafting. Methods The frontal region was divided into 5 aesthetic subunits according to Aesthetic Criteria and then fat granule grafting was carried out after aesthetic evaluation. Results The postoperative follow-up was performed for 1 - 14 months, 36 cases in the group all obtained satisfactory results in humping forehead and facial rejuvenation. Conclusion The above method has good clinical results, which is worth popularizing.
