585nm脉冲染料激光治疗病理性瘢痕的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。目前报道的病理性瘢痕的治疗方法很多,如手术、皮损内注射激素或5-氟尿嘧啶等药物、硅胶及相关产品、压力、冷冻及激光治疗。激光治疗已有近30年历史,最初用于治疗成熟瘢痕的为普通CO2激光及Er:YAG激光,由于其较高的复发率目前已基本未再使用。
