Development of the Cable for Metallurgical Sensor

冶金传感器用电缆是与新型冶金设备温度测量系统配套使用的电缆,与冶炼、铸造金属传感器相连接。冶金传感器用电缆要在恶劣的环境条件下使用,同时应具有优良的电性能和机械性能、柔软性、移动性、耐臭氧、耐紫外线、低烟、无卤、环保、低泄漏电流、阻燃等特性。通过多次调试、试制、试验,终于研制出了冶金传感器用电缆,并对试制成功的电缆样品的主要性能进行了试验,试验结果表明该电缆的主要性能完全符合设计和相关标准的要求。

Metallurgical sensor cable is a kind of cable matching with the temperature measuring system in new type metallurgical equipment,connecting metallic sensors in smelting and casting operations.The cable must be used in high temperature and harsh environments,while offers characteristics such as good electrical and mechanical properties,flexibility,mobility,ozone resistance,violet resistance,low smoke,halogen-free,environment friendly,low leaking current,flame resistance.After various pilot production and experiments,the cable for metallurgical sensor is successfully manufactured and tested.The tested results show that the main performances of the cable fully meet the requirements of design and relative standards.
