实时三维超声心动图对右心室功能评价的应用进展 被引量：7

摘要 目前对心脏功能的研究主要集中于左心室,而右心室功能是构成心脏总体泵功能的一部分,右心室功能异常直接影响到疾病的发展和预后[1-4]。超声心动图是目前非侵入性评价右心室功能的主要方法之一,且对右心功能异常患者的早期诊断、治疗、随访和预后有重要价值;实时三维超声心动图（real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,RT-3DE）作为一种新兴的超声成像技术,
