摘要 为探索心理授权与员工满意度、员工忠诚度之间的关系,采用李克特量表形式设计问卷,对乐和乐都两江假日酒店的员工进行调查,研究发现:酒店员工的心理授权感知、满意度和忠诚度均处于中等水平;工作意义、自主性和工作影响力等心理授权感知维度对员工满意度有直接而显著的正向影响,对员工忠诚度有间接而显著的正向影响;员工的态度忠诚对其行为忠诚不存在显著的正向影响. To explore the relationship of psychological empowerment with employee satisfaction and employee loyalty,the authors of this paper have made a survey of the employees of Liangjiang Holiday Hotel in Localjoy Resort Theme Park with a questionnaire designed according to Likert scale.The results show that employees'psychological empowerment perception,satisfaction degree and loyalty degree are all at a medium level.The three dimensions of psychological empowerment of work significance,work autonomy and work influence have a significant direct positive impact on employees'satisfaction and a significant indirect positive effect on their loyalty.The attitude loyalty of an employee has no significant positive influence on his/her behavior loyalty.
