摘要
针对Ku频段波导尺寸长、波导合成体积大的现状,采用基于双层双对脊鳍线的新型空间功率合成技术,综合运用微带合成、波导合成等多种合成相结合的方式,在Ku频段实现了32路高效、小体积的功率合成。用三维电磁仿真软件CST和热设计软件ICEPAK进行优化仿真,并依托高精度机加工技术,实现了Ku频段1 d B压缩点大于80 W的连续波输出功率。
Considering the problems of large waveguide dimensions and large volume waveguide synthesis of Ku-band, 32-way power combining is achieved with small volume and high efficiency by adopting a new spatial power combining technology based on double antipodal fin-line,and by combining a variety of synthesis methods such as microstrip synthesis and waveguide synthesis.A con-tinuous wave power greater than 80 W at 1 dB compression point in Ku-band is achieved by means of three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software CST and thermal design software ICEPAK as well as high-precision processing technology.
