本文探讨了酒泉区域文化产业创新与发展的动力机制模型及其评价指标,依据其内涵意义,通过"人才兴文"战略部署、创新企业竞争机制和产业融合机制进行内部动力机制构建,通过政策创新、区域合作联动机制创新手段进行外部动力机制构建。
This paper discusses the dynamic mechanism model and evaluation index of regional culture industry innovation and development in Jiuquan. According to its connotation meaning, the internal dynamic mechanism is constructed by the strategy deployment of ＂prospering culture by talents＂, innovating the enterprise competition mechanism and industry integration mechanism. The external dynamic mechanism is constructed by the policy innovation, regional cooperation linkage mechanism.
