城市流动儿童教育公平问题中的政府责任

Government Responsibility in the Education Equity Problems of Urban Migrant Children

20世纪80年代末我国第一次出现"民工潮",在之后的20多年时间里,农民工子女的教育问题一直是社会的焦点问题。在解决农民工子女受教育的问题之上,政府发挥着关键性的作用。本研究通过对我国城市流动儿童受教育面临的困境进行分析,明确政府的责任和作用,为解决农民工子女的公平教育问题提出具体对策。

The late 1980 s, the first occurrence of ＂Flood＂, in the next 20 years time, compulsory education for children of migrant workers and gradually get society and many experts and scholars attention. On Fairness of Education for children of migrant workers, the backbone of the government is irreplaceable. In this study, the plight of urban migrant children education faces analyze, clarify responsibilities and the role of government, to solve the problem of equitable education of migrant workers＇ children through specific measures proposed.
