摘要
本文运用定量的研究方法,调查了湖北省8所地方高校的100位大学英语教师的职业自我概念、职业倦怠的现状、以及它们之间的关系,以明确职业自我概念的各大因素对职业倦怠的影响强度,为进一步预防大学英语教师职业倦怠现象提供可操作性的理论依据。
From the perspective of quantitative research, the study investigated the status of professional self concept and Job Burnout,the relations between professional self concept and Job Burnout of 100 college English teachers, with an aim to checking out how the factors of professional self concept affect the Job Burnout, so as to adopt some measures to prevent Job Burnout of the college English teachers.
