四川李庄“何老幺花生”的营销分析及改进策略

摘要 何氏花生厂是以何老幺花生为主要产品的本土企业,是宜宾市中小企业发展的典型,能代表大多数中小企业的发展现况。笔者以何氏花生厂为例,浅析其营销现状与问题,运用市场营销的理论,提出切实可行的营销解决策略,希望能借此对中小企业发展壮大做出一点借鉴。 He's peanut plant is the local enterprise takes Helaoyao Peanut as the main product. It is the typical case of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yibin. It can represent the present development situation of the most small and medium-sized enterprise. The author takes He's peanut plant as the example to analyze the present marketing situation and problems, uses marketing theory to put forward the feasible marketing strategies and hopes to make some reference for the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
