摘要 分析了OBE、CDIO等教育模式蕴含的拉动式供应链理念,基于OBE教育模式,从培养主体、课程、能力和认知四个角度构建了高校工程人才培养的拉动式供应链概念模型及四类供应链之间的关系,并在此基础上提出专业教研室为核心培养主体、人才市场需求分析与拉动、定制化课程教学、培养主体全员参与、培养主体间相互合作、全面质量管理的工程人才培养质量优化策略。 This paper analyzes the pulled supply chain theory of the education models such as CDIO and OBE. Based on OBE education model, this paper constructs the pulled supply chain conceptual model of engineering talents and the relationships among the four kinds of supply chains from training agent, course, ability and cognition. On the basic of this, the quality optimization strategies of engineering talents cultivation of taking professional teaching and research section as the core training subject, analyzing and pulling talent market demands, customizing course teaching, training the participation of main body, training the mutual cooperation among training subjects, total quality management are put forward.
