Predicament and Way of Building Teaching Practice Base with Industry-university Cooperation:A Case Study of Insurance Specialty

全面推进产学联合办学,加强实践教学体系培育和管理,是培养高素质高技能应用型保险专门人才的根本途径。但调查发现产学合作中还存在着校企缺乏利益契合点等现实问题,在一定程度上影响了产学合作的效果和持续深化。发挥政府及行业协会等相关部门的作用,构建完善的基地运行管理及质量保障体系,有助于突破校企合作中的障碍。

To comprehensively promote the industry-university cooperation and strengthen the cultivation and management of practice teaching system is the fundamental way to develop high-quality and skilled application-oriented insurance expertise. But the survey found that there were still some practical problems in industry-university cooperation, like lack of interest meeting point between schools and enterprises, and the problems have affected the effectiveness and continuous deepening of industry-university cooperation to a certain extent. To play the role of government, industry associations and other relevant departments and build a sound base operation and management and quality assurance system can help to break through barriers of school-enterprise cooperation.
