摘要
使用膜浓缩-酸化法联合工艺处理黄金生产企业含氰废水,实验研究反渗透膜对黄金生产企业含氰废水中氰化物截留率、气水比和温度对酸化吹脱膜浓水中氰化物的效率的影响、臭氧投加量对臭氧氧化法去除酸化吹脱残液中氰化物去除效果的影响。结果表明,反渗透膜可以将含氰废水中氰化物进行浓缩,酸化吹脱气水比为5:1,酸化吹脱温度为10℃,臭氧投加量为0.15 g/L时,出水可以达到排放标准且回收了资源。
This article studies the method of using membrane concentration-acidification integrated technique to treat cyanide-containing wastewater of gold manufacture enterprises. The influence of reverse osmosis membranes for cyanide retention rate of cyanide-containing wastewater of gold manufacture enterprises, the influence of air-water ratio and temperature for the acidification-stripping efficiency of cyanide in concentration water of membranes, and the effects of ozone dosage for remove rate of cyanide in the acidificationstripping residue liquid are researched by experiment. The results show that the reverse osmosis membranes can concentrate the cyanide of cyanide-containing wastewater, and when air-water ratio of acidification-stripping is 5:1, temperature of acidification-stripping is 10 ℃,ozone dosage is 0.15 g/L, the effluent water can reach the wastewater discharge standards and recycle the resource.
