摘要
高等院校扩招使大学生就业面临着严峻的考验,供给与需求之间存在着严重不均衡。本文从分析当前大学生就业形势入手,进而分析了我国大学生就业所面临的问题并提出了促进大学生就业的对策,以期对大学生的就业有所帮助。
Universities enrollment makes student employment facing a severe test, and there is a serious imbalance between supply and demand. From the analysis of the current employment situation of students, this paper analyzes the employment problems faced by the university students and proposes measures to promote employment of university students.
