多电平电压源型逆变器的容错技术综述 被引量:37

摘要 随着逆变器电平数的增加,功率半导体器件数量随之增大,使得逆变器发生故障的概率增大,并将严重影响系统的安全可靠运行。目前,逆变器系统的可靠性分析与容错能力备受关注。首先归纳了电压源型逆变器常见的故障类型,主要对钳位型和级联型常用多电平电压源型逆变器的容错拓扑、调制策略及容错控制方法进行了归类和总结,最后讨论了多电平电压源型逆变器容错技术的研究方向和发展趋势。 Recently, with the increase of the voltage levels in the inverter, more power semiconductor devices are added in the topologies, which increase the fault probability of the multilevel inverters. The faults of inverters will seriously affect the safe and reliable operation of the system. Recently, more and more attentions have been drawn on the reliability analysis and fault-tolerant capability of the inverters. This paper puts forward the fault types of the voltage source inverter firstly. Then the fault-tolerant topologies, the modulation strategy, and the fault-tolerant control strategies of the clamped-type and cascaded-type multilevel inverters are analyzed and summarized. Finally the development trends of fault-tolerant technology for multilevel voltage source inverter (VSI) are discussed.
