表达TGEV S基因AD片段的重组乳酸杆菌的构建及免疫研究 被引量:2

摘要 为构建表达TGEV S基因AD片段的重组乳酸杆菌,根据猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)S蛋白的抗原决定簇AD片段的基因序列,设计引物,PCR扩增该片段,测序正确后利用穿梭质粒整合进益生乳酸菌中表达。结果显示,经过酶切、PCR和PAGE电泳鉴定重组的r S-AD基因在乳酸菌中得到了表达。所以,获得了表达TGEV S基因AD片段的重组乳酸杆菌。
