中西药组合对山羊运输应激的防治 被引量:1

摘要 为研究中西药组合对山羊运输应激的防治效果,将40头运输近300 km的本地白山羊分为对照组和试验组,试验组进行中西药防治,观察山羊的临床变化,分别在给药7 d后和停药7 d后,采集血液用于检测血液中T淋巴细胞比率变化,血清中葡萄糖、血清皮质醇、尿素氮、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白/球蛋白比值以及血清磷、氯、钠、钾的含量的变化。结果显示在给药7 d后和停药7 d后,试验组山羊T淋巴细胞比率、血清总蛋白、白蛋白和K+含量升高,皮质醇和尿素氮的含量降低,与对照组相比较差异显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01);血清中葡萄糖,无机离子磷、Cl-、Na+含量与对照组相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明中西药组合能有效防治山羊的运输应激。
