Crossover Strategies and Ways for the Transformation of Newly-Built Local Colleges to Application-Oriented Universities

发展应用技术本科是我国当前优化高等教育结构、促进经济发展方式转变的重要举措。"跨界"为地方新建本科院校转向不同高等教育类型的应用技术本科提供了新的视角。地方新建本科院校转型中应将"校企合作、产教融合"的跨界教育思想融入办学过程中,创新应用技术本科的办学途径,从人才培养目标定位、专业设置、办学模式、师资队伍建设及应用技术研发五个方面来推进。

The development of application-oriented universities is an important measure for optimizing the structure of higher education and promoting the economic restructuring. The crossover strategies provide a new perspective for newly-built local colleges to transform Newly-built local colleges in transition should integrate the idea of ＂Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises and Integration of Production and Education＂ into the operation process. Moreover, the innovative ways of operating application-oriented universities should develop through the following five aspects, including： the goal of personnel training, specialties setup, operation model, faculty development and the R＆D of applied technology.
