摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师培训是一项系统而庞杂的工作,仅凭学校单方面的力量是无法顺利完成的。因此,利用SWOT分析方法探索高职院校对于"双师型"教师培训的优势、劣势、机会和威胁这四个维度的现实情况,有助于我们找寻真正系统的"双师型"教师培训的对策,在充分发挥本校在教师培训方面的优势条件、克服劣势条件的同时,调动起包括政府、企业、兄弟院校等社会因素协助办培训的作用,构建"双师型"教师培训的新途径和新模式。
"Double-Competency" teachers training of higher vocational colleges is a systematic and complex work which cannot accomplish successfully only through the power of higher vocational colleges. So, this paper explores the reality of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of "Double-Competency" teachers training in higher vocational colleges through the SWOT analysis model. It can help us to find the strategies of "Double-Competency" teachers training, stimulate social factors including government, business and other universities to structure new ways and new models in "Double-Competency" teachers training.
