摘要
提高职业技能和培养职业精神是营销与策划专业人才培养的一贯方向,二者的融合既符合企业对营销人才的要求,也体现了营销专业学生自身发展的需求。对于专业教师来说要在培养学生职业技能的过程中加强对职业精神内涵的认知和对职业精神层次的了解,进而通过日常教学普及职业精神,通过选修课、第二课堂活动以及校园文化建设融入职业精神,使学生在掌握专业知识与技能的过程中培养良好的专业精神,更好地适应社会的需要。
Professional skills and professional spirit are the orientation of the talents training for today's marketing and planning specialty. The merging of them not only fit the demands of the enterprises, but also reflects the students' personal development needs. The teachers need to better understand the content and level of professional spirit during the training procedure of the professional skills, and spread the professional spirit through the teaching routine. Through elective courses, extracurricular activities, and campus cultural construction, the students will acquire professional spirit as well as the knowledge and skills. They will attune to the needs of the society.
