2种全自动血型分析仪在不规则抗体筛选中的应用评价 被引量:6

The application and evaluation of two kinds of automatic blood group analyzers in irregular antibody screening

摘要 目的比较并评价WADiana和Galileo NEO 2种全自动血型分析仪在医院输血科不规则抗体筛选方面的应用。方法统计分析2013年7月-2015年2月分别在WADiana、Galileo NEO 2种全自动血型仪上进行检测的16 283份和30 638份不规则抗体筛查标本,其中不规则抗体筛选阳性结果样本进一步送宁波市中心血站血液研究所进行不规则抗体鉴定。结果 WADiana和Galileo NEO 2台全自动血型分析仪分别检出76例(0.467%)和153例(0.499%)不规则抗体初筛阳性样本。经宁波市中心血站血液研究所确认,WADiana全自动血型分析仪出现9例假阳性(假阳性率为0.055%),Galileo NEO全自动血型分析仪出现21例假阳性(假阳性率为0.069%)。结论 2种全自动血型分析仪均适用于对临床患者进行不规则抗体的批量筛查,两者对不规则抗体的检出率差异无统计学意义。但二者在实际操作中对不同类型抗体的检测各有优劣。操作人员应了解其性能,尽量避免有意义抗体的漏检,确保临床输血安全。 Objective To compare and evaluate the application of Galileo NEO and WADiana automatic blood group analyzers in the screening of irregular antibodies. Methods 16 283 samples and 30 638 irregular antibody screening samples from July2013 to February 2015 were respectively statistically analyzed by WADiana automatic blood analyzer and Galileo Neo automatic blood analyzer. Positive samples of irregular antibody were sent to Ningbo Blood Center for blood research to identify the irregular antibody. Results There were 76( 0. 467%) positive irregular antibody detected by WADiana automatic blood analyzer and 153( 0. 499%) positive irregular antibody detected by Galileo Neo automatic blood analyzer. The Ningbo blood center for blood research confirmed there were 9 false positive detected by WADiana automatic blood analyzer and false positive rate was0. 055%,and there were 21 false positives detected by Galileo Neo automatic blood analyze and false positive rate was0. 069%. Conclusion Two kinds of automatic blood analyzers are suitable for batch detection of the irregular antibody screening. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of irregular antibodies betweem 2 types of automatic blood analyzers. But in the actual operation,each has advantages and disadvantages for the detection of different anbodies. The operator should grasp the performance of the different analyzers in order to avoid missing significant antibody detection,and ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
