摘要
目的对1例单核细胞增生李斯特菌感染病例的病因食品进行调查和溯源分析。方法在病例个案调查基础上,采集病例家庭及周边超市、农贸市场、路边快餐等处的食品类样品进行菌株分离,并运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术进行分子分型,利用聚类结果对菌株同源性进行分析。结果从病例血液中分离到1株菌株;在33份食品类样品中,单核细胞增生李斯特菌阳性样品7份,共分离到9株菌株;所有10株菌株分为9个PFGE型别,其中只有从某超市采集的某品牌三黄鸡中分离的菌株与病例菌株具有100%同源性,且该型别与山东省往年分离菌株的一个较大聚类型别GX6A16.SD0008完全一致。结论病例感染跟没有正确食用被单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染的某品牌三黄鸡有直接关系,且这种型别菌株在山东省持续存在,特别是肉制品,应对其致病风险引起注意。
Objective To investigate and analyse the food traceability of an infection case caused by Listeria monocytogenes.Methods Based on the case investigation,food samples were collected for the separation of strains from patents' family and surrounding supermarkets,farmers' markets,and roadside food. The molecular typing was performed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE),using clustering results to analyze the homology of the strains. Results 1 strain was isolated from the blood of the patient. Meanwhile in 33 food samples,9 strains were isolated from 7 positive Listeria monocytogenes. All 10 strains are divided into 9 PFGE types,and the strain isolated from a Sanhuang chicken which was collected from a supermarket,has a100% homology type with the case strain. At the same time,this PFGE type was completely consistent with a large type( GX6A16. SD0008) exited in Shandong province in previous years. Conclusion The infection bears a direct relationship to the Sanhuang chicken contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes,which was not eated correctly. This type strains will continue to exist in Shandong province,especially in meat products,so the risk of infection must be attracted more attention to.
