郑州市售坚果中有害元素含量的分析 被引量:4

Analysis of harmful elements content in market-sale nuts from Zhengzhou

摘要 目的初步了解郑州市售坚果中铅、砷、汞、镉4种有害元素的污染状况,为有关部门加强监管提供科学依据。方法从郑州市超市和农贸市场随机采集各类坚果168份,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定样品中的铅和镉,原子荧光光谱法测定砷和汞,并按照GB 2762—2012《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》、NY/T 1042—2014《绿色食品坚果》对检测结果进行评价。结果 168份样品中,铅、砷、汞、镉的检出率分别为53.0%、31.0%、19.0%、63.7%,合格率分别为96.4%、98.8%、100.0%、91.1%,含量的平均值分别为0.036 mg/kg、0.031 mg/kg、0.830μg/kg、0.050 mg/kg。花生、葵花籽中铅、砷、镉的含量较高;各类坚果中汞的含量较低。结论郑州市售坚果中有害元素的含量总体较低,但部分产品存在不同程度的污染,应引起重视,加强监管,确保坚果的质量安全。 Objective To learn the pollution situation of lead,arsenic,mercury and cadmium in nuts sold in Zhengzhou,so as to provide scientific evidence for intensified supervision of the government departments. Methods 168 samples of nuts were randomly collected from supermarkets and farmer's markets in Zhengzhou. Pb,Cd in samples were tested by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and As,Hg were tested by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. According to GB 2762—2012 Food Safety National Standards for Pollutant Limits of Food and NY / T 1042—2014 Green Food Nuts,the detection results were evaluated. Results The detection rates of Pb,As,Hg,Cd were 53. 0%,31. 0%,19. 0%,63. 7% respectively, the passing rates were 96. 4%,98. 8%,100. 0%,91. 1%, and the average content were 0. 036 mg / kg,0. 031 mg / kg,0. 830 μg / kg,0. 050 mg / kg respectively in the 168 samples. The content of Pb,As,Cd were higher in peanut and sunflower with lower level Hg in different types of nuts. Conclusion Different levels of pollution existed in some samples although the overall level of harmful elements contaminant of nuts in Zhengzhou was low. More attention should be paid to take specific measures to strengthen supervision and ensure the quality of nuts.
