肺炎支原体肺炎导致红细胞严重冷凝集的临床诊治探讨 被引量:1

摘要 肺炎支原体(MP)属于柔膜体纲支原体科支原体属,为无细胞壁并能在无生命培养基上生长的最小原核型微生物,是呼吸系统疾病常见病原体之一,秋冬季节发病较多。目前已成为社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的第3位病原体[1-2]。肺炎支原体感染者,起病2周后,约2/3的患者冷凝集试验阳性[3]。
