NGAL在急慢性肾损伤早期诊治中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肾脏早期的损伤是由多种因素导致的肾小球和肾小管功能性、结构性的损伤。在常规评价肾功能时,大多采用尿素氮、肌酐等指标。但这些指标的影响因素较多,如人体代谢、蛋白质摄入、感染等均会产生干扰,因此特异性和敏感性较差。大量的临床研究表明,中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病较好的早期预测因子,并且在多种疾病中都有一定的应用价值。
