摘要
文章在分析企业文化和人力资源管理关系的基础上,提炼出企业文化和人力资源管理的一个共同点和双向作用:一个共同点,就是企业文化和人力资源管理都要"以人为本";双向作用,一是企业文化对人力资源管理的引领作用,二是人力资源管理对企业文化的支撑作用。据此,文章构建了企业文化和人力资源管理的双向促进模式,模式中突出了两个作用、两个共同点和两个环境。解析了双向促进模式的工作流程,其五个步骤分别是:企业的内外部环境分析、企业文化核心特质定位、人力资源管理制度确定、人力资源管理效果评价、评价效果反馈和各要素调整。
The relation had been analyzed between corporate culture and human resource management, and common point and bidirectional effect had been found. A common point, is the enterprise culture and human resource management should be "people- oriented". Bidirectional effects, one is the enterprise culture to lead human resources management, another is human resource management to support enterprise culture. Then, bidirectional promotion mode was constructed for enterprise culture and human resource management. This model highlights two functions, two common points and two environments. By analyzing work flow of bidirectional promotion mode, its five steps are listed: analysis, enterprise internal and external environment, localization core characteristics of enterprise culture, identify human resource management system, evaluate human resources management effect, and feedback and adjustment evaluation elements.
