基于京津冀一体化背景下的制造业协同发展研究

Research on Synergetic Development of Manufacturing Industry Based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

京津冀协同发展已经上升为国家战略,对产业布局优化有着重要影响。文章在京津冀地区制造业开发现状的基础上,对其市场体系,人才资源,资源禀赋等方面进行分析,指出京津冀三地在协同发展中要有不同的角色定位,提出京津冀一体化背景下制造业协同发展的保障措施:建立协调发展机制,培养专业人才,完善服务机制,建立信息服务平台。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a national strategy, which has an important impact on the industrial layout optimization. This paper is based on the development of the manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin, analyzes the market system, talents resources and nature resources, puts forward that Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should have different role in coordinated development. Suggestions are proposed： establish coordinated mechanism, cultivate talents, perfect the service system and build information platform.
