国际化城市建设视野下公共文明的内涵与维度——以深圳为例

Public civilization's connotation and dimensionality under internationalization urban construction view—take Shenzhen as example

2011年深圳市人民政府提出了国际化城市建设的发展目标。城市国际化建设不仅需要硬件设施的完善,更加需要良好的公共文明水平作为城市形象与综合实力的背书。本文分析了国际化城市对公共文明建设提出的要求,指出现有的公共文明指数测评体系的优势与不足。在国际化城市建设视野下,重新界定了公共文明的内涵以及公共文明测评的六个具体维度。

Shenzhen government proposed city internationalization as the development goal in 2011. The improvement of the hardware facilities is needed for the city internationalization, and as well the promotion of public civilization level is more needed to be the endorsement of city image and comprehensive strength. This paper emphasizes on analyzing the requirements to public civilization construction during the process of city internationalization, and points out the advantage and disadvantages of the existing public civilization index system. Finally this paper redefines the connotation of public civilization and specifies six new dimensions to it under the background of the city internationalization.
