摘要
绿色信贷在加快经济与环境的良性循环,走可持续发展道路方面有着核心作用。银行业作为金融业的主体和最大的资金提供者,不仅有信息和资金优势,而且掌控着利益传导机制,政府可以利用其杠杆效应来引导市场朝一个更健康的方向发展。本文着眼于政府的推进和监管角色,针对湖北目前的绿色信贷实施的环境背景以及绿色信贷发展状况进行研究。
In order to achieve sustainable development between the economy and environment, the green credit is the essential way. The banking industry, as the main agent of finance and the largest provider of funds, not only has the information and capital in advantage, but also controls the transmission mechanism of interest. The article focuses on government is policy maker and facilitator, and conducts a study attached to the environmental background and development status of green credit in Hubei province.
