达英35及二甲双胍联合预处理对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的疗效分析被引量：20

摘要目的探讨达英35(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片)联合二甲双胍预处理治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月-2014年1月医院收治的PCOS合并不孕患者60例随机分为联合用药观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予达英35治疗,观察组给予达英35和二甲双胍治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗后的FSH、LH和T等性激素指标均明显低于对照组,2年内妊娠率为50.0%明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论达英35联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS合并不孕可明显改善患者性激素指标,提高临床妊娠率,且不良反应少、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
