595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗浅表性血管瘤疗效评价

Assessment of the efficacy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of superficial hemangioma

目的：评价595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗手足部浅表血管瘤的疗效。方法：45例1个月至12岁患有手足浅表血管瘤的患儿给予595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗,每个月照射1~2次,共照射2~6次。结果：皮损直径〈2 cm的患儿（25例）和直径≥2 cm（20例）的患儿治愈率分别为88.0%和45.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。1个月~、6个月~和1岁以上患儿治愈率分别为66.7%、70.6%和71.4%,比较各组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,未见严重不良反应。结论：595 nm染料激光治疗浅表血管瘤安全有效,对于面积较小的皮损,疗效更好。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of superficial hemangioma on hands and feet. Methods： Forty- five children with superficial hemangioma aged from 1 month to 12 years old were treated with 595 nm pulsed dye laser,once or twice a month for 6 ~ 8 times. Results：The cure rates for the lesions within 2cm in diameter and larger than 2 cm were 88. 0% and 45. 0% respectively,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The cure rates of the patients aged from 1 month ~,6months ~ and 1 year ~ were 66. 7%,70. 6% and 71. 4% respectively,with no significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in all patients. Conclusion： 595 nm pulsed dye laser is effective and safe in the treatment of superficial hemangioma,especially for the lesions less than 2 cm in diameter.
