摘要 交通行业作为耗能比较大的产业之一,建设低碳交通是我国的必然选择。将低碳关键技术与交通基础设施建设两个层面结合,以选择原则为依据,通过对交通基础设施自身的低碳化处理、增加各类交通方式的无缝衔接和有效转换来实现低碳化的需求。同时引入信息技术,构建一体化交通基础设施集成平台,实现掌握宏观交通动态趋势及微观交通信息并及时调整策略,进而构建兼具数字时代实时、高效、节能环保的低碳交通基础设施体系。 Transportation industry is one of the relatively large energy-consuming industries, construction of low- carbon transport is one of the inevitable choices in China. Combining the key technologies and low-carbon transport infrastructure, based on the principle to choose, through its own low-carbon transport infrastructure, increasing all transport modes seamless and efficient conversion, the goal of low-carbon can be achieved. With the introduction of information technology, building an integrated transportation infrastructure integration platform, it can achieve the dynamic traffic control macro and micro trends in traffic information and timely adjustment of strategies, and then build the low-carbon transportation infrastructure system which is real-time, high efficiency, energy saving.
