摘要 目的对江阴市2004-2013年报告的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发进行流行病学分析,为该类食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法用回顾性流行病学分析法对江阴市2004-2013年报告的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发进行分析,相关资料录入计算机,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果江阴市2004-2013年共发生44起副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发,占细菌性食物中毒总数的45.36%。发生高峰季节是7-9月。发生地点以熟食卤菜店为主。中毒人群年龄、性别和职业无特异性。平均潜伏期为12.5 h;临床症状以腹痛、腹泻为主。归因食物以凉拌菜、水产品为主。结论根据副溶血弧菌食源性疾病的流行病学特点,应加强食品安全监管。 Objective To analyze food borne illness cases caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus of Jiangyin city during 2004- 2013,provide evidences for the prevention and control of food borne illness. Methods Food borne illness cases caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus during 2004- 2013 were analyzed with a retrospective epidemiological. The data were input to the computer and analyzed with the Excel. Results During 2004- 2013,44 food borne illness cases were caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus accounting for 45. 36% of all bacterial food borne illness. The peak season was from July to September. The delicatessens shops were the mostly stricken area. There were no specificity on age,gender and profession of poisoning people. The average delitescence was 12. 5h. Common symptoms were abdominal pain and diarrhea. The problem of food to cold food,aquatic products. Conclusions According to epidemiological characteristics of vibrio parahaemolyticus food borne illness,strengthen food safety supervision.
